Our IT systems at WorldCC are designed to automate the process of assessing skills. Once a candidate has completed their skills assessment, our system will allocate a skills level and determine if they require a specific learning program. If a candidate wishes to appeal the decision, they can do so by sending an email to learning@worldcc.com.
